   Sydney II delivers! I own several pairs of Keens and I needed a dressier style for walking in NYC. The shoes arrived a day before I left on the trip, so the first time I wore them I walked around 7 or 8 miles on city sidewalks. The next two days I walked even more. The only thing that ached was my hip…not even a blister from the brand new shoes! Now that is comfort!

   his is a very comfortable Footwear. I have hiked and walked many miles in them already and will keep doing so. The only thing I disliked is after a week of wearing them the leather appeared worn looking as if I’ve owned them for the entire season. It is a soft leather that appears distressed looking quickly. I ordered the black. Overall they are a good pair of Keens.

   Great looking, but not much arch support - I very much wanted this shoe to be a good looking walking shoe to wear with skirts, dresses or pants. Anything over a size 9 can resemble gunboats, but this shoe is very flattering in spite of the shoe size. I am wearing the shoe indoors for a test drive, and am finding that there is not enough arch support for me. I think I’ll try a pair of Dr. Scholl’s gel arch supports in them to see if it makes a difference. I have orthotics, but they don’t work in this case. Hope the gel ones do!

   Destined to be your new favorite pair! I love these Keen Amsterdam Shoes for kids! My sister even loved them & tried mine one and loved them so much that I bought her an IDENTICAL pair for her birthday. They have amazing fit & support. I can walk for miles in these shoes and my feet never feel it. Great support, cute look. I’m considering buying them in other colors because I love them THAT much. The way the sole wraps up around the toe keeps the toe from getting all scuffed too - which I really like.

   I finally purchased these shoes on Thursday night (3/08/07). Wow they arrived on Friday after work. I was so excited to try them on. They really do look and feel GREAT!!!! Thanks Zappos. Customer service people are really nice. I will buy this brand again in a different color. I bought this year seemed a little bigger than the pair I bought last year. I had to exchange them for a half size smaller but they are still a great shoe for office casual and standing all day. They hold up well and go with a big variety of clothing.

   I had purchased these cute little red shoes last year at Nordstrom, but I bought a size that felt big enough at the time, but soon proved too short. I loved the asymmetrical toe detailing, and the immediate comfort was wonderful. It was with great regret that I gave them to my sister. Amsterdam Footwear. I finally decided to get myself another pair in a larger size, and I ordered on Tuesday just a few minutes before the next day shipping offer was to expire. Within just a few minutes of ordering I received my first email from Zappos with info about the order, and then a few hours later yet another email came promising that the shoes were to be delivered the very next day. And, sure enough, they came today!!!! I am very impressed with the communications and the speed of the delivery, and, of course, happy to have my little red shoes!!!!

   Narrow feet find happiness - Love them! -I have a narrow foot and must wear orthotics. This shoe fits great! The window did not cut into my foot even though I inserted my orthotics. I bought the first pair because of reviews I read here. They felt great the first day I wore them. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair in a different color. By the way, Zappos is the internet standard by which all mail order companies should be held to. Next day delivery, no hassle returns (I did have to return the Keen Seattle), and prompt emails with shipping status. First pair a success! My wife had tried the Seattle which both my daughters own. She needed something dressier for work. The Sydney was the perfect match for her needs. She frequently refers to her “happy feet” when she wears her Keens. Her custom orthotics fit perfectly in them and allows her to walk without fatigue. She is now deciding on the next pair. Not for Hi instep - I ordered my shoes Thursday and they were waiting for me when I came home from work Friday. Just love the service. I really like the look of these shoes, but the diagonal top presses into my foot. The size 5 had plenty of toe room, there seems to be good support, but I can’t think of a size change that will correct the lack of space across the instep, sadly they must go back.

   Like slippers! This is my first pair of Keens but I know it won’t be my last. These shoes are so comfortable — it’s like walking around in slippers all day. I had a bit of an issue with the back of the shoe cutting in to my Achilles tendon, but after a couple of weeks this has gotten better. These shoes look great with pants and jeans. With the olive color it takes a bit of coordination to make sure your socks match, but it wasn’t hard to find cute socks that look good. Definitely order at least a half size up, though. I wear a 5.5 to 6 in dress shoes and a 6.5 in running shoes, and I needed a 6.5 in these. I tried the 6 and it was way too small. Loved the way these look. Bummer part was they run small in length. Plenty wide. I ordered my size which normally is roomy enough for thick socks but my pointer toe was jammed up against the end of these shoes without socks on. Have to send them back which is too bad cause they are cute.
