Keen Growler - Keen rules! I bought these boots for construction work because I was sick of having cold feet all of the time. They are VERY warm…I don’t even wear wool socks most of the time. Recently I was power washing a car wash bay in a house and ended up getting pretty wet. My boots were wet but not my socks and my feet were perfectly comfortable, oh…and it was about 35 degrees out and I had to use cold water. When asked what they cost, my new quote is “you can’t put a price on warm feet.” Buy these boots they are the best. *They were one size smaller.
Wonderful Fun Shoe - I bought this shoe on recommendation from a friend. It has become the work shoe staple for me. I wish it came in more colors. Shoe insert comes out so MD can put in added arch support. I have horrible heel pain in one foot, but even w/o the extra arch support shoe is most comfortable, for me. Funny, I get lots of compliments on them. They really are fun and cute.
Right out of the box! Right out of the box, these shoes are winners! It’s not often that you can put a pair of shoes on and they feel this good. I went ahead and ordered a second pair in another color. I had a wide foot and a high instep and these shoes felt great right away - no annoying “break-in” period to fuss with. Yippee!
Not only are they adorable - but they are extremely comfortable and durable. They go with anything (capris, jeans, etc.). I’ve worn them camping, to my boys’ baseball games - even to work. They are wonderful! I also have to say that this was my first order from Zappos - and I will definately order from them again. I couldn’t find these shoes -in Black - anywhere but here (I tried Nordstrom, Title Nine, REI, etc.). Plus, I got free overnight shipping.
Wear with a skirt, capris, whatever. Wear all day on my busy standing up and walking endlessly feet!!! Take them off without a second thought, no fussy buckles or ties. Plenty wide and room for toes. Haven’t worn them with socks yet, but there’s room. They make me want to buy more, more, more Keens. They make my feet happy.
They are comfy right out of the box, no break in period required. They are so cute and versatile–they remind me of the Mary Janes I wore as a little girl with a bit of urban edge. These really shine with capris and I am quite sure they would be equally cute with skirts or jeans. Also, my feet are wide and I struggle with acute foot pain. These shoes fit me like a glove and I could be in them all day with no problem. All in all, these shoes ROCK!!!!!
I bought the black and driftwood. I wear them all the time. I have heel spurs and the shoes make my feet feel better instantly. I wear them on trips, everywhere. They go with everything. I get lots of compliments. Wish I could afford every pair of Keens! They are also easy to clean–just wipe off with a wet cloth!
Another great Keen!! I was looking for a shoe to wear all year long and I think I found that in the Keen Berkeley. I ordered both a 10 (my ususal size) and 9.5. It was a tough decision, but I ended up going with the 10 which is a little wider than the 9.5 (if I never planned on wearing this shoe with socks I probably would have gone a 1/2 size smaller). Overall this is a great, stylish, and comfortable shoe, as are all my keens!!
Comfy but not for long walks - These are my 1st pr of Keens and I love them. I got them in Sienna- so cute! Sizing- I usu. wear 7 1/2 but these feel a tad short (not sure if half size- maybe a quarter) but I was afraid an 8 would be too big. If I wear thin socks it works fine but sometimes my feet do come out and hit the ledge. They are wide but comfortably so. I wouldn’t wear these for travel/touring- I went for a medium walk, pushing a stroller, and I didn’t think these were the right shoes for that- I kept having to stop to shake the shoe of debris and they just don’t provide support for a long walk. Less than moderate arch support I think. Don’t know if they would accommodate orthotics. More of a “walk around the office”, or “go to dinner/movie, walk around Target” type of shoe. Cute with capris, long skirts, jeans.
Can I say “I Love Them” too many times about a pair of shoes? I’ve been a fan of Keen for a couple of years now, and was in need of a new pair…something more ’summery’. The Berkeley fit the bill and I could not be happier! I was even really happy to learn that the sizing on the Berkley is better than on the Seattle (my first Keen’s). I was wary about ordering my actual size in the Berkeley - since I’ve always had to get a half size bigger….but not this time! So, I’ve basically been wearing these shoes since I got them, and am seriously considering buying another pair - this time in Black! LOVE THEM!
I love it and my other crocs (2 pair of Crocs Nile) However, Crocs sizing is wonky. I wear a 9 1/2 in most shoes, a 10 in athletic shoes. My first pair of Crocs Nile was size 9, in keeping with advice to buy them smaller. They’re a little skimpy, but I kept them. I ordered another pair in 10 and they’re better. I ordered the Cayman in a 10 and it was way too small. I exchanged them for an 11 and it is great. I love the shoe - it’s like being barefoot. You might have to guess a little on the sizing. Not to worry though, Zappos returns are super easy!
This shoe grows on you! I ordered a pair of Crocs after reading so many enthusiastic reviews. As always, Zappos service was excellent. These shoes look very clunky to me and I’m still not wearing them much outside of the house. But they’re growing on me! They really are comfortable and I have several foot issues (wide feet, bunion, a bone spur) that make it hard to find comfortable shoes. My daughter, a young mother, thinks they’re cool and has just ordered a pair for herself. I read to order one size larger and that’s what I did. I usually wear a 10 so I ordered 11 and they’re perfect. So, in summary, if you’re on your feet a lot or have sensitive feet I’d recommend a pair or more of Crocs. We may just start a style revolution!
Crocs Have Spoiled Me for Other Shoes! Keen Growler shoes for Men’s. These shoes are so comfortable, they’ve spoiled me for other shoes. My feet swell at the end of the day, and these are the first pair of shoes that don’t make me suffer when I trudge home after work. I feel like I’m walking around in a well-broken-in pair of slippers. The only complaint I have is Zappos rarely has my size (8) in stock in the colors I want (I’m too reserved to wear day-glo colors to work). Sigh.
I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and so I am always looking for comfortable shoes! These are very comfy. I did add a more cushioned insole to them, but that is due to my own foot peculiarities. The insole is cushy and yet firm, the shoes stay on well with the straps, are extremely lightweight. I got them because at the large hospital where I work, I constantly see operating room nurses, techs and surgeons wearing them–I figure they are on their feet many hours a day and must know what is comfy–and these shoes seem to do it for them, so that was good enough for me! , nice looking Growler shoes. I love the colors they come in–I got a very sedate dark brown for my first pair, but plan to get some fun colors too. They are inexpensive enough that I figure I can splurge!
Bought on a whim - My husband and I were walking (he was walking I was limping) in our local mall this past winter and I saw these ugly clog like shoes. I knew I had seen them on others feet but considered them nothing but a fad however I knew they would be helpful to me as we were getting a puppy & I am unable to wear boots do to a calcium buildup on my lt. heel so I figured I didn’t care what color they were (purple) I just needed something water proof. Anyway as I was paying for them the clerk was going on and on about how wonderful they were…go to summer Men’s 2006, Keen Growler Shoes I’m anxious for the new Crocs to get in the stores so I can get at least 1 more pair (black). I can not stress enough how everyone should at least try them out. Your feet will thank you, and after awhile you forget the shoes are ugly (I’m in my 50s, give me a break).
I’m a nurse so naturally I’m constantly on my feet, I had bought a pair of Nike Air Shox prior to purchasing my Crocs, and for the price I paid for the Nikes I could have bought at least 3 pairs of Crocs!! The comfort is amazing I have noticed how my legs are no longer fatigued at the end of my shift, and I’m just one of those people who can’t stand to have shoes on, so Crocs offer me some sort of freedom from being confined to a shoe that doesn’t allow my feet to breathe, So in my opinion these shoes have been a great investment in my own comfort, and color wise I can coordinate with all of my uniforms, so take a chance and order a nice spunky color like lime, pink, coral…I could go on and on, but really this is a great product!!
