Amazing!!! I had seen these shoes before but heard nothing about them..so, I figured I’d try them out! They are the most comfortable shoes I own now!!! It was an instant fit. I didn’t have to break them in or anything! They are amazing shoes. I’m sure they are the first pair in a soon to be long line of Keen’s!

They are just what I was looking for. As other people have noted, they seem to run small - both short and narrow - and I needed a full size bigger than I usually wear. Now that I have the correct size they are very comfortable and light. The toe box is nice and wide which is good for me and the arch support is great. I’ve found them great for walking and for standing at work. I got the field/bracken color and can wear them with brown or black which I really like. They are a little stubby looking, but I’ve got big feet and that is just comes with the territory.

I’m in love! This is my first pair of Keen’s and my feet have found love! I had to go up a full size, but it’s amazing how small my size 10 feet look! I am planning to change over all my shoes as my pocket book allows!

I have never had a shoe more comfortable than these! The arch fits and my toes can still wiggle, what a bonus. From the first minute I laced them up, they fit perfectly. I have two pairs now. The sole is very stable on any terrain. I wear a Keen Snoqualmie Boot everyday!

Comfy and hip! This is one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I can’t take them off! I found that the arch support was lacking, so- as with almost all shoes I own- I added an arch support, and that did the trick. They do run small. I normally wear a size 10, but needed a size 11 (!) in the Bronx. Thanks to Zappos for carrying the big sizes!

I saw this shoe in the store and tried it on. They didn’t have my size in the color I wanted so I ordered from Zappos. But I found that I had to order a half size up. This is a great, practical shoe! Very comfortable for long walks with the dog, waterproof, and cute enough that it looks much better than grungy old sneakers. Great support and lots of toe room. Zappos’ quick service and easy website is always great!

If you want to stand on your feet all day… I have been in the food service industry for over 18 years. I have worn many different types of kitchen shoes, but never any as comfortable as Dansko. I have been wearing Dansko Clogs since 1995. These clogs are really awesome. They make it possible for me to work 12 hour days. The fact that they are non-skid keeps me safe even in the wettest/greasiest situations. It is important to remember that your heel will move up and down in these clogs, but they do not rub your heel, they just ride up and down behind it. If they are just a tiny too snug at the beginning, they will give just a little after wearing them a couple of times.

Comfy! These look as though they will scuff, but scuffs just rub off! I have a very high arch and some of this style won’t even allow my foot to fit into it. These are roomy but not too loose. They were comfortable from day one. I think the trick is getting the right size. I went a little larger than normal.

Seeking advice from owners of the Professional Oiled- I just got the shoes. Tried it on yesterday in the office. All was well until toward the end of the day- the top of my foot hurts quite badly as the lip of the right shoe constantly rubs against my skin. And, the inside rubber piece at the back of the heel constantly rubs against the side of my left foot. Did you experience these pains? Will the pains & discomforts go away? (The look and the heel height are great- I’m hoping not to have to return if the pains will go away)

I had the same problem as Anonymous on 2005-10-05. I ordered the Black Professional Oiled in the same size (38) as my brown pair, which fit great. They were on the large side, and especially one of them (I can’t remember if it was the left or the right) was noticeably looser, it flopped around so much it was annoying. Sure enough, I got out a measuring tape, and the distance between the top of the back of the shoe and the top of the part over the instep was about 1/4 inch longer in the floppy shoe. I sent those back, Zappo’s is great about returns, and I ordered another pair, thinking this pair was defective. Now these are the same size, but they are on the small size, and my left shoe is a little too tight when I wear thick socks. I’m starting to think that Dansko is having quality control issues lately. If you find a pair of shoes that fits, these are the greatest shoes in the world. You just might have to try a few first. These shoes have great arch support and are really comfortable. AND they are great “rain” shoes, keeping your feet dry on days when it’s raining cats & dogs.

Elena - If you are looking for comfort this shoe is just great with the look of old matrona’s shoes.You really forget how they look as you put them on for 14 hours a day.I only wish that Zappos would let customers know were the shoes are made, not just this one but all of them. It will help to make the right choice.

As a teacher, I’m on my feet all day– and these shoes passed the test! I’m a 9.5 to 10 narrow, and I was thrilled I could finally try Danskos, as the pro oiled is now available narrow. (I had tried the mediums, but they were much too wide for me–even with thick socks.) I like these Snoqualmie Boots. I would definitely size up: I ordered the 41 N and they fit perfectly, keeping in mind your heel is supposed to move up and down freely. Of course, I love clogs–my closet is full of them–(they are forgiving for hard to fit feet), but when middle school boys tell me my shoes are cool, I take it as an extreme complement. Best of all, they are one of the few shoes in my closet that I can wear all day and not be dying to kick them off in the car on the way home from work. I only wish the narrows were offered in more colors and styles.
